With a crochet hook chain 5 and make circle with chain , double crochet(dc) into circle 4 dc chain 4 double crochet into circle 4 and chain 4 until you have square it will be 4 sections of dc4 and chain 4 link together to make square . Next row ::: slip stitch over to 1st hole where you chained in hole dc 4 then chain 4 your at corner in corner dc4 chain 4 and dc 4 in corner hole this will keep square . Continue dc4 in side holes and dc4 chain 4 dc4 in corner as you go around there will be increase in side holes just follow dc4 chain 4 dc4 chain 4 until corner and do double dc 4 chain dc 4 in corner Good Luck and have a good time crocheting
