...though of dying whilst out of your face on an hallucinogenic substance? I read of a...poet, I think, who took acid on his deathbed with literally no more than an hour before his demise, and was literally completely out of it until he died.
Although I don't realistically consider doing it, what an interesting way to go?!

Wow....have to say, I've never exactly thought of that, but what a kickass way to go!!! Sounds like the kind of thing Lord Byron would do - "Death be damned, hand me the laudanum!"
