I need to explain first. my boyfriend and I broke up for some good reason. He lives in USA and I'm living in Belgium.
I had this dream last night. I was sleeping, dreaming I was sleeping in my bed, woking up in the dark and feeling my exboyfriend watching me sleeping. Everything in the dream for sure. First, I woke up and jump on my bed thinking it was really real. But it wasn't. The worst is I dreaming I was sleeping on my bac and woking up on my back.
Please help me too understand that dream. IT's freaking me out.
Thanks

I feel that the dream represents something much different. Was your boyfriend the dominant in your relationship?

Sometimes when we see people looking down at us in a completely vulnerable state be because we view the person as controlling. I would speculate that you view him as such because you are in a vulnerable position "sleeping", he is hovering over you, and he is watching you.

You needn't fear the dream as it is only an expression of your view of him. It is not something that he is doing, or is going to do.

Aspects of others are really aspects of oursleves in dreams. What does being on your back mean to YOU?

Don't worry it's nothing to be scared of... it just means that you miss him, and he's probably thinking of you too....why don't you send him an email and ask him about how's he's been....Good luck
