If it is low humidity, 76 will feel perfect. Carpis or shorts. 76 with high humidity will feel muggy and you might want to put on the swim suit. Beach wise--if there is a small breeze, you will feel fine.

I'd say it is warm, but not hot. Not quite beach weather, in my opinion.
Shorts or capris should be fine. Sandals, a sleeveless top or tank...
76 F is 24.4 C, if that helps....
It should be pleasant for tanning, not too hot.
Why don't you go to the beach, wear your shorts and a shirt over your bathing suit, and see if it is warm enough for you? It should be warm enough to tan (if it is sunny) but may or may not seem warm enough (to you) to swim...

76 degrees is like short sleeved t shirt weather. And like pants or capris maybe. It's not beach weather. If you go to the beach it will be really, really, cold. If you don't get cold easily, you can wear a tank top if you want.

it depends on where you have been brought up. If you have lived in the tropics for a long time, 76 is probably a little cold. if you have lived for too long in cold places (say Siberia ;) ), then 76 is really warm!

If there is a bit of a breeze to go along with it, i would say no swimming but if the air was unmoving and it was very humid then i would say that it would be a great day for the beach

If you're used to the Arctic, it's quite very warm.
If you're used to the equator, it'll be a little chilly.
