Eat a variety of fruits & veggies. I do daily, and it knocks off the extra pounds. You have to maintain a healthy balanced diet...if you just eat apples, when you fall off the diet wagon, you'll gain weight very rapidly.

don't eat too much fruit. mixing is ok. fruit definitely not negative calories

you can eat as much fruits as you want. because they are negative calories

so they burn calories in order to digest them...more calories than they actually are... so eat up ...youll lose weight REAL fast trust me
