Cotton, but microfiber by Hanes for underwear, as cotton seems to bunch up under clothes during the summer months.

If you're looking for a good summer fabric, then I suggest seersucker clothing. The seersucker fabric is made in a way that creates ripples in the fabric, so only 30% percent of the fabric lies on your skin, letting your body breathe more than it would with, say, polyester. Usually the fabric is used with shorts or skirts, but I do remember seeing a seersucker shirt for men at American Eagle. Hope this helps!

I would definately say loose fitting cotton clothing. Avoid polyester, and any other "man-made" products. Also avoid jeans, way too heavy and warm.

cotton because it is absorbent. Cotton is a natural fabric and therefore it breathes.
