Wash your face with plain soap & water and then IMMEDIATELY apply a heavy moisturizer. After 2 weeks, it'll be almost completely gone. Also, NEVER apply makeup without first washing your face and applying moisturizer. You don't have to spend a lot of money, just get cheap hand lotion (Wal-mart has it for like $1.98 a bottle).

Lavender oil is a good antiseptic. It can be applied directly on the acne spots. A product, Derma Teen by Futurebiotics is pretty good.

Wash frequently with soft warm washcloth and mild soap. Sit outside and let sun shine on your face (like tanning). the UV rays in sunshine seem to help. (cover your eyes)

Besides basic cleaning of your face, and rather than use expensive cosmetic product. You can try to use watermelon skin ( the white side) to scrub your face.
