No, I don't. Living in NJ, most of my friends are Yankmee fans, and with the outrageous payroll, it's nice to see that money can't buy everything. And Steinbrenner is a baby who is finally figuring that out. I feel badly for Sheffield, as I do like individuals on the team, but the "Evil Empire" is doomed! Go Phillies!

Oh yeah!! The tears run right up my forehead for the "poor" Yankees. The Boss is getting just what he deserves!! He may learn that he cannot BUY a championship but rather a TEAM has to win it. "Poor" George and his "poor" Yankees. Such a sad, tearful tale!! We in Red Sox Nation, in particular are seen sobbing for their woes!!

200 million dollars down the drain, still a close to 500 record. Do not understand. Do not wish injuries on other players but cant wait to see them squirm.

No, I dont feel sorry for them at all.

In fact, I hope they dont even make the playoffs----for like 20 years in a row!

I'd love to see them lose 100 games or more in a season.

I think it's funny as heck!

I truly hope they lose horribly the rest of the season!

No, they are the highest paid players and the team brings in the most money.

I feel sorry for poor people with no food to eat, not multi-millionaires

relies upon what you advise by ability of "racist". Tribalism is prerational. Objecting to this evolutionary instinct would not make one "rational" it basically ability you arbitrarily assigned ethical content to your innovations. those with a reliable experience of ancestral identity are particularly happier.
