ADHD maybe?(just kidding) Some people just like to talk more than others, Im one of those people. I talk non-stop and my husband hardly ever says a word(by choice, not because I wont let him. LOL)

Ask him to be quiet for a minute. Seriously, if he is your bf you should be able to tell him to be quiet and that he is bothering you. Just do it...it'll make you happier if you do. Maybe he feels like he needs to talk because he is nervous or hyper. Ask why. It'll probably bring you guys closer in the end.

I think it is probably a nervous habit. He may be quite shy & talks all the time to compensate.

because he loves u, and he feels like he can express himself to u! but if it really annoys u, then just talk to him and tell him what the problem is! and he probably talks so much cuz he doesn't have people to talk to other than u? maybe, just a possibility.

Keep him occupied with bed sports, obviously he is so frustrated that he vents his frustrations by talking instead of doing.
