avatars are not hot, sexy, or bound by geographical regions
so i would answer the Q and move to the next...
most avatars do not come close to any one behind them look at mine cutie yes but i am a 44 male 5' 6" 328 lbs and bald get my meaning?

I would think the girl is trying to compensate for something. People with poor self esteem tend to make avatars that look like their fantasy self. They also tend to brag a lot on-line.
Why not make an avatar that looks like you do in real life? You might be surprised that people will accept you for who you are.

I wouldn't draw much from an avatar, unless it was a photo. Anyone can make themselves hot with the Identikit avatars.
