I had both my children with no pain medications, all natural. It is very painful, yes. But my sons are the best thing I have ever done in my life. Lamaze is a good starting point. Yes, I was terrified too.

It scares the jeepers out of me ... and I'm male. I have no idea how the kid would get out, maybe by eating its way through? Fortunately, I've not yet become pregnant.

I think you have to be mentally and physically brave on the inside and out. I don't know, I've never been pregnant.
