I had both my children with no pain medications, all natural. It is very painful, yes. But my sons are the best thing I have ever done in my life. Lamaze is a good starting point. Yes, I was terrified too.

It's painful, I know that. You can try to learn the Lamaze method to help you out, and make sure you have another woman with you during childbirth, to help coach you and hold your hand.

It scares the jeepers out of me ... and I'm male. I have no idea how the kid would get out, maybe by eating its way through? Fortunately, I've not yet become pregnant.

I think you have to be mentally and physically brave on the inside and out. I don't know, I've never been pregnant.
