That depends on what they are buying. They can't buy alcohol or cigarettes. They can't buy anything where they have to sign a contract first because they can't legally enter into a contract. They could buy a vehicle if they did not drive and there was no contract involved.

I don't know why everyone discriminates against miners: no sex with miners, miners can't buy alcohol, cigarettes, cannot buy pornos, can't vote, etc., you think that someone would cut these guys a break: working in one of the most dangerous professions a couple of miles down in the earth in some of the worst conditions...

Yes with the following exceptions- tobacco, alcohol, drugs, porn and dirty little filthy crack prostitutes who take your wallet off the dresser and leave a venerial disease in your shorts.

Of course, unless it requires a contract to be signed, like a car. Then they would need a guardian to sign for them.

Depends... we can buy pretty much anything except cigarettes, alcohol drinks... stuff like that.

i'm pretty sure you know about tobacco and alcohol. so are you talking about like groceries? Becuz that's not illegal at all.
