sweety it sounds like he is ready it takes guys alot to get up the courage to propose cuz they face the fear of rejection..and obviously thats what he did....he's serious and he loves you...all people are a little scared to get married and get nervous and butterflies but if u guys make it down the aisle everything is gonna be okay.
its a big step for a guy and it shows a commitment and 11 months is long enough...i think if he was scared he wudnt have brought it up...good luck!
