if you can remove the ice box, take it outside, and then take one gallon of bleach, dump it all in a 5 gallon bucket, then the rest of the bucket with the hottest water you can get, mix then poor it all in the icebox, let it sit over night.
I use to work in a butcher shop, this is how we cleaned the trash cans when they started to reek from meat bits rotting.

I had the same thing happen with a house I bought and they left fish in the frig....phew!
I eventually had to get a new frig as the rotting juice seeped into the insulation of the frig.
You may have to replace the ice box. Then try setting up an ozone machine on high (don't stay in there with it). It should take out the residual odors from the rest of the motor home.

Amy M, I can' t believe that you bought a motorhome without looking into the ice box., but never the less here is what you do.
Take a clean cloth/rag/etc, soak it in Lemon Pledge and place in the icebox, shut the door tight and leave overnight, the odor should be gone in the morning, if not. do it again and leave in at least 12-24 hours.
Good luck

only thing I really know about getting rid of bad odours naturally is to use citrus juice usually lemon, clean out the ice box as normal dry it off then rub over it with lemon juice, dont dry it off though let it dry normally, the lemon smell might cover some new stuff in the ice box but it will fade and by then the other smell may have vanished.

Make sure to clean it out real well and then put an open container of baking soda in it for a couple of days to absorb the odor. You may have to do this a couple of times to get the smell out completely.
When you do clean it, you can dissolve some baking soda in warm water and wash the surface with it, then rinse with clear water.

Bleach it. Then open a carton of baking soda and leave it in there along with a few pages of balled up news paper. You might have to let these sit in there for quite a while to absorb all the smell.

Try washing it out with hot water and vinegar. (vinegar is one of the best odor killers ever).
You could also put baking soda in a dish and let it absorb the odors, refresh it often.
And here is a really odd one but it has worked for me for some things...stuff the freezer with crumpled up news paper and let it sit for a day or so. Take it all out and replace as often as you need to until the odor is gone. (heard this one a long time ago and I have used it for various things with varying degrees of success)

Try leaving an open box of baking soda in the fridge. Also try cleaning it out with a lysol cleaner. There's alway bleach, but you have to rinse really well to get that out after you are done.

tale it out side and wash it with a water hose and some washing powders and bleach, then let bleach water sit in it for a few hours and let it dry with the doors open.and then pour a box of baking soda all over the inside and let it sit.and wash it out with plain water, after it dries again close it up with a couple of boxes of baking soda foe overnight.whe n you take it back in and plug it up ,put a fresh box of baking soda in it,and after it starts freezing it shouldnt smell anymore.i had the same problem and doing theses things worked great!

clorox, a lemon or lime based concentration,or baking soda. You seem to have an extreme situation so, you might try each by using the product of your choice and leave it in the box for a couple of days, empty it and put it in the sun each time to dry and air-out. I think in your case I would first try to mix baking soda with water to make a paste and cover the inside of the box with it. I would let it sit for a couple of days(open) and then rinse it out.
