any of the theme park type attractions here are infant friendly... im guessing other than high class restaurants - everything is infant friendly, as they're usually in a stroller, car seat or your arms. :)

there's the wild animal park, sea world, balboa park (theres a carosel and train ride there), the museums, sea port villiage, the beaches, mt soledad...

im not entirely sure what you're asking - if you're looking for age appropriate entertainment, it'd help to know the age of the child.

Although I don't have an infant right now (got one on the way), my friend loves Legoland. He said his daughter loves going there and you can get a yearly pass pretty cheap (compared to Sea World). It's a lot less crowded, but they still have rides and other fun things for kids to do.

I think she would enjoy Seaworld especially the dolphin exhibit. Children lof all ages ove to pet the dolphins and see the shows. The carosel at the Seaport Village is always a child pleaser, but you will have to take one of the carriages where you can sit and hold the baby.
