I totally agree with you. I don't understand why they bother even answering the question, as your question doesn't ask whether it's a health hazard or not. I feel as if it's a total waste of answer when you ask and they just add their opinion. And with the proper restaurant, you're totally right. I hate how they're like, "Go eat at a real restaurant where the food's better for you." Burgers, for example, a Chili’s Jalapeno Smokehouse Burger has 2,210 calories. I'm pretty sure that's about... four 550 calorie Big Macs. You do the math.

a lot of it is the oil they use to deep fry stuff (fries, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwitches). It lowers your good cholesterol.

I just heard on the news that Wendy's is changing their oil to a non-hydrogenated oil that should cost the same, and taste the same.

The difference: this new oil cuts down on the bad fats that lower your good cholesterol.

McDonalds has looked into switching thier oil, but Wendy's is the first.
