Find out the manufactuer of your motherboard and the model number/type. Then google it.

If you're talking about your existing graphics card, just check which slot it is in. Generally, if it's a PCI slot on the motherboard, the slot is white. If it's AGP, the slot is brown.

You could just google it and go to the nVidia website...

To answer your question, it's AGP.
