Between those two I'd say football, after all who wants to watch swimming. Both can be enjoyable to do BUT the watching really sets them apart.

Football is alot of fun to watch, but swimming is something that anyone can enjoy playing without getting hurt... however if you (or anyone) can't swim, I always think that frisbee and volleyball are good ways to get people involved.

i would go with swimming. Because it will help you physically a lot more in my opinion and it is more of a unique sport. Not as many people swim.

I truly love football more than anything else, because it's one of only a small handful of sports a big guy like me can play.

Wait, what's better? What sport is better? I'd say dancing is a fun "sport" but most people don't consider it a sport so i'd consider field hockey a really fun sport. I'm not really a sport player. Bring on the fashion. â¥
