you are pregnant because the test detected the pregnancy hormone hcg in your urine.
There is no documented evidence that having a dilation and curretage (D&C) increases the rate of conception in the subsequent cycle or cycles. I believe the reason that this may appear to be true is that once pregnancy occurs, the situational and hormonal factors that caused the first pregnancy are likely to repeat themselves in order to favor another pregnancy, even though the first one was lost. Also, retained products of conception from a previous pregnancy may cause a state of infertility in the next cycle and a D&C would eliminate this.
A D&C empties the uterus, creating an environment which favors initiation of the cycles of estrogen proliferation and a progesterone induced secretory phase, which would be suitable to an implantation. It might stimulate estrogen and progesterone receptors in the endometrium, which would favor pregnancy as well.
As a whole, however, women who have D&Cs are at greater risk of infection and scarring, which negatively impacts fertility. More and more providers are preferring, for example, to allow miscarriage without surgical intervention, due to the complications sometimes encountered in such operations. In addition, fertility experts prefer endometrial aspirations over curretage to assess the endometrium.
Despite the fact that there is no documentation of this phenomenon, it might still be true that some women find it easier to become pregnant after this procedure
Retake a test again but this time use first morning urine as it contains the highest levels of the pregnancy hormone.
You could go to the ER and ask for a blood test (say you are sick) and they will do a blood test and that will show you are pregnant 6 days after conception and is 100% accurate.
Good Luck To you

Sometimes when you just had a miscarriage, and you take a pregnancy test, it can give you a false positive - meaning you're not pregnant but it shows positive on the test result. This happens because the pregnancy hormone probably hasn't had time yet to exit your body and is still circulating in your system, eventhough you're not technically pregnant anymore because of the miscarriage. The nausea can be just from your hormones trying to regulate itself. Afterall, you just had a miscarriage so it takes time for the body to readjust itself and go back to normal. So even if you go to the doctor right now to get a blood test, it will show positive and you are not pregnant. It will only confuse you some more. SO the best thing will be to wait a little bit longer, maybe another week or two, and do a retest. If the pregnancy symptoms continue and you get another positive, see your doctor and your doctor will be able to check if you are indeed pregnant or not.
goodluck!

Go have a blood test by a doctor. You could still be having problems from the D & C but you could also be pregnant. See your doctor and find out.

I've had 3 children and always took a pregnancy test.
It was always right. I'd stick to it and go see a doctor.
Morning sickness is always usually a definite sign.

I think what you need to do is keep your pants up until you can go get it surgically closed. Dont you find that a bit disgusting that you were only like 10 days apart?
