If you know her address, simply write it on the mail and give it back to the postman. You don't even have to put a new stamp on it. You can't fill in a change of address card for her so if she won't do it herself, you can always tell the post office that she is no longer at that address, and to stop bringing her mail. It's OK to tell the post office to not bring someone's mail to your home because they don't live there any more but it's not OK to tell them to send it somewhere else.
