It seems fitting that they should, since they clearly support America's enemies as evidenced by them going to a foreign country during a time of war and publicly trying to undermine the military and the President.

They're a group of white-trash country singers. Do their political opinions really matter? Obviously, they weren't smart enough to get into politics so they took up singing.

I don't hate the Dixie Chicks. The Constitution use to stand up for freedom of expression. And that not underminding the leader BS didn't wash when the Germany stood by while the Nazi were killing Jews. Under that kind of muddle-brained theory the Germans were not only in their right, but required to go along with Hitler because even if he was wrong, he was the leader and should be supported fully.

The Dixie Chicks has not undermined Caesar as much as his own lies and past generals and cabinet members. If you want to blindly follow a megalomaniacal liar. Go ahead. I am non affiliated and I don't have to be a lock step cog in anyone's agenda. I will go by the Constitution(while we still have one intact).

Well, at least they didn't go on vacation (more than any other President) during a "time of war" as you call it. She made her comment before the "war" began. Just what was that "hateful" comment? Don't want to post it, because it's sooooo hateful and anti American? No, you don't repeat it because it's clearly directed at a guy who the country dislikes anyway and because it had nothing to do with the troops. A 29% approval rating says it all. As does the #1 album in America.

As far as hating America, I'd say sending soldiers to the wrong country (Iraq) instead of WHERE THE TERRORISTS WERE (Afghanistan) is pretty hateful of our finest Americans.

Disagreeing with your president's decisions is not the same as hating the country and going to a foreign country we're at war with is not the same as supporting the enemy. The right to undermine the military and president is the very thing we're supposed to be spreading around the world. Why spread democracy if we're going to supress it at home?

Let's differentiate between America-hating and speaking out against a presidential regime which oversteps the Constitution in pursuit of greater power and wealth.

Isn't the Constitution an American document???

Muslims don't listen to music you monster!
Even if Zarqawi was pure evil, we must respect his culture!
Singing at their funeral seems like the anti-Muslim thing to me, and you Republicans sure love to hate Muslims.

You are clearly nothing more than a retarded conservative with no moral foundation, and no adgenda than to bash liberals for your own pleasure. Which is fine, you have the right to live as you please in America, but I certainly hope you don't consider yourself a Christian young man!

But, the Dixie Chicks actually like America and hate seeing it go down the tubes like it is.

Forgive, sounds good
Forget, I’m not sure I could
They say time heals everything
But I’m still waiting
I’m through with doubt
There’s nothing left for me to figure out
I’ve paid a price
And I’ll keep paying
I’m not ready to make nice
I’m not ready to back down
I’m still mad as hell and
I don’t have time to go round and round and round
It’s too late to make it right
I probably wouldn’t if I could
‘Cause I’m mad as hell
Can’t bring myself to do what it is you think I should
I know you said
Can’t you just get over it
It turned my whole world around
And I kind of like it
I made my bed and I sleep like a baby
With no regrets and I don’t mind sayin’
It’s a sad sad story when a mother will teach her
Daughter that she ought to hate a perfect stranger
And how in the world can the words that I said
Send somebody so over the edge
That they’d write me a letter
Sayin’ that I better shut up and sing
Or my life will be over
I’m not ready to make nice
I’m not ready to back down
I’m still mad as hell and
I don’t have time to go round and round and round
It’s too late to make it right
I probably wouldn’t if I could
‘Cause I’m mad as hell
Can’t bring myself to do what it is you think I should
I’m not ready to make nice
I’m not ready to back down
I’m still mad as hell and
I don’t have time to go round and round and round
It’s too late to make it right
I probably wouldn’t if I could
‘Cause I’m mad as hell
Can’t bring myself to do what it is you think I should
Forgive, sounds good
Forget, I’m not sure I could
They say time heals everything
But I’m still waiting

All she said was something about being ashamed that bush also comes from Texas.

They don't hate America. But I think you do.
