You can find dini on the web and they have a dealer locater. I've worked on dinli's. If your kid can ride a bicycle without training wheels, I'm sure he/she is mature enough for a 50cc quad. Electric start, forward and reverse automatic transmission, throttle and engine restrictor can keep the speed down to walking speed.
