if yes, then why do ppl have problems with these kinda laws placed in some muslim countries, if the attackers got to know the punishment they would avoid doing it.
and im sure theses rape rates and similar crimes would go down, dont u think?

My first thought wouldn't be to kill him. Because I would be so enraged thinking would be out of the question.
I would most definitely kill the s.o.b. Or at least beat him until my hand shattered.
I have always said in case of rape etc. the punishment should be turn the girls Father, brother, boyfriend, husband or who ever loose on the s.o.b.

Muslim countries have different cultures, laws etc. Women are not on their high priority lists over there. Women are to be used at will. And if they are raped, the women are subject to all kinds of punishment including death for shaming the family with such an act, even tho it wasn't her fault. My sister was married to a muslim, and women have no rights, they are no better than a snake. Dogs live much better lives over there. My sister finally woke up and divorced him, (he wanted to take her over there and put her in a whore house with guards and dogs to show her who was boss. OMG!! Can you imagine??

I think that it is totally natural to want to kill the person who has hurt you or your loved one. I wouldn't be able to get to a gun fast enough. There are too many woman, both you and old as well as little boys and girls who are raped on a daily basis and nothing is done about it. These type of people truly do need to be shot on site. I agree with you totally.

I'm not a man, but if anyone raped my sister, mom, friend, that would not be my first thought, it would be to clip him you know where and make him live in a male prison the rest of his life as a woman and see how he likes it.

Yes, but unfortunately the thought is that it has shamed the girl or woman and the family, and thus the girl or woman is usually killed as well.

Yeah it would be my first thought. Actually if you catch them in the act in the U.S. you CAN kill them and call it Justifiable homicide.
