My guess will be in the general of 93.67584% of the country have a cell phone. At least 65.29487% know someone who actually does. About 3.25469% of the population can't either afford, know how to use or maybe don't even see any "use" for them (as in, "why do we need it, again?"). And, unfortunately about 2.93875% of the population might not even know what "cell phone" is, not mentioning even knowing how to use it. If you'll tell them, they'll look at you like you've just came from Mars and you're speaking in a completely different language :)
That'll be my guess... I'm not quite sure, how many people do we have in the country but I think if you'll take the whole population of the United States as 100% then those numbers will be about right... considering the fact that the technology is further ahead now than it was before :)
