is it a good workout for you and is fun your kids .what are the step by steps how to do this things. thank you please help me

yes it is a good exercises for you and fun for your kid. I did this with my daughter. You must be careful though that you have a good grip on them and that they don't fall. I always had someone with me to catch, just in case.

lay on back bend your knees have kid put belly on your lower legs sitting on your feet , support their back with your arms ,,lift legs up and flip kid over your head ..its fun and lasts forever

yep but my legs don't get enough blood flo after a few times I'm done
