I am planning a trip to London next year....what is the best time to go?? Or does anyone know of a website with helpful information?

September/October. Its not to cold, not too hot (the tube is horrible when its hot) The nights arnt too dark and the leaves are all changing colours and its amazing :)

London is the place to be around christmas....the whole city is beautifully decorated and there are lots of christmasgifts to buy... Too bad everything is pretty expensive there.
