First of all know the field yes it sounds weird but it helps...For short wide fields you have to pass more to your team mates and make sure you guys don't bunch up...For a long field having fast players up as your forwards is good because here there speed will come in handy...another helpful hint is make sure if you have one key player you can not be constantly depending on them because there other team is going to notice that, that player is the one always getting the ball and making runs so obviously they are going to try and shut this player down by maybe putting two players on her or him or there best player on them

Here are some important rules for you to learn how to play soccer.
You have to have shin guards, blue and yellow socks, and cleats.(They can not be baseball cleats or any other kinds of cleats or else you can't play in the games!!!)
When the ball goes out-of-bounds someone on the team that did not kick it has to throw it in. So you would get the ball from the refiree, here are some things you should remember: 1.Keep 2 feet on the ground until the first bounce 2.You must have 2 hands on the ball at all times 3.If you don't do that the other team gets the ball!!!
You can't use your hands unless you're the goalie.
If you are hanging out behind the defense and you don't have the ball and you get past to it is called of-sides.

hope this helps

is this assuming everyone's healthy and at the peak of their playing? team a has puyol (who i think is the best defender in the world), but team b has cannavaro and terry, who are both close to puyol. i think team b has the better midfield with pirlo, ballack, kaka, and messi. deco, gerrard, fabregas, and ronaldinho can't counter their midfield. i think team a's offense is better, but with team b's good defense, it's difficult to tell what could happen. team b's offense could get through lahm if he went up, and a 3 v. 2 could be a goal. i think team b's subs, especially fredinand and rooney, would be more useful than team a's subs (excluding villa) my guess is either a 0-0 tie or team b wins, 1-0.

First: have set positions for your team; goalie, four defensive players (sweeper, stopper, and half backs), have two mid fielders, two wing players, and two forwards. Create triangles to pass the ball (ie:wing, halfback, midfielder) and try to switch fields often. Triangular passing also allows you to kick chip shots to streaking players, and carry the ball down the wing in order to center the ball for a shot on goal. Remember the best defense is a good offense. Using triangular passing and set positions also allow you to stretch the field and sometimes involve your defensive players in you offensive attack.

good ball movement and control(passing), keep the ball on their end of the field for more opportunities to score and it prevents them from having so many chances. hustle back on defense and don't have lazy players....it is a game of legs in action, people who stand around should be on the sideline.

Follow the rules, keep your eyes on the ball, and make sure your whole team is following the same strategy. Good Luck!!!

Score as many goals as possible. Score more goals than your opponent. Prevent your opponent from scoring. He who controls possession usually wins the game.

when the refs come to check your team shoes, hire a person to go onto the opposing team's side and poke them in the eyes, then pull their shin guard down, and kick them with sharp metal cletes. Works every time!

Just try your best. Don't try to focus on too much defense. The best defense is an offense. ♥
