Try some Tippex Thinners (available from all good stationers) if it is a glass CRT screen.
If it is an LCD screen get advice from manufacturer of screen first.

What's it doing on the screen? An old girlfriend wore a tee-shirt proclaiming, "I cover my boobs with Tippex." She did, nicely too.

Tricky one this, well here goes, get a blowtorch and some terps, smother the screen with the terps, light blowtorch, and then put the blowtorch on it. Get a cloth and wipe clean Hey presto all done!!

get a sponge n put water spray on it wipe over tipex and then brush off
