Its really the simplest thing and hence the deepest of all. There are these two emotions that extreme and uncontrolable - LOVE and HATE(war). Look at them as the two extremes and between them lies the grey area tht has boundries and limits and rules. BUT for the two extreme emotions the only limit is the zeal with which you want the outcome of your pursuit - be it the love of someone more special than a bright blue sky or the sweet revenge on the hated enemy at war. AND ethics only matters as long as you are true to yourself and your aspirations... go on tiger conquer the world - its yours, if you want it bad enough

Its not true. All isn't fair in either love or war. For example, if you love someone and you manlipulate them into loving you, is that really fair to yourself in the long run?
As far as war goes, war is never fair when lives are lost.

It is pretty much like "the end justifies the means." I personally don't agree with this.
Love is about freedom and free will. You cannot force love to work out your way. It has to happen by itself and there must be agreement between the two parties.

Basically all is fair between two conflicting "wars" i guess. So I need to turn a paper in for school, and I do it but someone like takes it from me and writes their name on it. .and when i accuse them they say "hey all is fair in love and war" . . . I guess here its cheating and doing your work.

In war, you will do what you need to do to win. What ever method you use to injure someone, it is fair. In love, you can use what ever... Awe heck. I don't know.

It means that if a person is not married and you want that person, then you are free to do whatever you want to get said person, within legal limitations of course.
