This Acer will fill the bill and let you add another 512MB of RAM for $35 to get you up to 1GB of RAM. Add an 256MB 8X AGP video card for $40 (after rebates). This system pushes you over by $114 +S&H costs. But, you'll get $120 back in rebates that will cover the overage and still keep you in that $600 range. A $100 back on the computer and $20 back on the AGP 8X video card.
