I've actually answered this question (well, close) earlier, it is in my string of answers a few weeks ago.

Because France and Spain were both more politically stable at the time of the landings at Jamestown and Plymouth, the American colonies would not have had the chance to develop their own form of democratic government, or have had to develop a unique form of capitalism by skating around home-country regulations. Basically, we would be just another failed Latin American state, and Canada would be just like all of the failed former French sub-Saharan states.

Bill Gates would be French and we wouldn't be able to understand Windows XP or alter the windows registry. Silicon Valley would silconi valley. Californian wines - would taste much better - and we would have cali-champagne. George W would wear one of those big Spanish hats and walk funny. Not that different really.

im guessing americans would be atleast twice as annoying with a silly accent. Maybe la tasca's would be take the status of mcdonalds in being the number one health hazard.

Chances are if america was a spanish speaking country, we wouldnt be bombed so much (because we wouldnt be supporting them in their stupid politics). im guessing, we would be better off in britain.
