The child/fetus/embryo can die and the uterine contents can fail to be expelled. This is sometimes referred to as a missed-abortion. A "D and C" can be required if this happens. It can be confirmed with Doppler ultrasound. I hope this hasn't occurred for you; good luck.

I have been told that if you get pregnant and have a miscarriage withing the couple weeks then you might not know because it would appear as a normal menses, or your body wont recognize that the fetus is dead for a few weeks, but I've never heard of a miscarriage without any blood at some point. If you fear a miscarriage, then see your doctor.

I don't believe so.. The baby is covered in blood and other body fluids through out the pregnancy even in the very early stages...Loosing the baby through miscarriage would mean a loss of thoes fluids too.

If you feel that there is something wrong you need to go to the hospital a.s.a.p.

I'm pretty sure that is impossible.. When i had a miscarriage, it took two weeks to start bleeding...you build up so much blood that your body naturally has to get rid of it.
