what a GREAT place to be for the 4th. Go to the Esplanade (the half shell) by the Charles river in Boston. The Boston Pops plays While the fire works are going off over the river.
Most people get there like about 6:00 am to get a seat on the grass. I've done it. We brought some food, drinks, blankets chairs. There are vendors there as well. It is a great day and a site to see.
We have also watched them by boat. that is the best.
there are a lot of people there but, that is part of the fun!
