World peace is optional but some want it and some do not?Why? I mean I want it and it would be a lot safer...right?

I asked the question "What does a world at peace look like" earlier. You can view it and the answers I got on my Q & A page.

Basically, the problem becomes what is and is not allowed in this world at peace and who decides? The answers I got speak for themselves.

I for one would love it, but it seems like an impossible feat. It's people's nature to defend territory, and get angry at those who are different. There are so many cultures, and so many different beliefs; I just think it would take many, many years to even come close to world peace. It would be good if we could make it work, though.

if you have world peace then ther birth rate goes up, then you have overcrouding, then starvation and disease, the everything resests and starts all over again.

well it's an attempt in futility - it will never happen. i think most people have just given up. i know i have.
