I'm about to start my own site and I wanted to know who's the best host? Places that give a good amount of bandwidth and storage. Preferably not too expensive.

You might want to check out this site for comparisons of some of the top web hosts. They have lists for cheap hosting and business hosting. Depending on what you're looking for, you might find this useful and I think most of the cheap hosting was under $10.
