she says shes going to stop because i want her to but, i dont kow if I can believe her or not what should i do? should i believe her because she has been doing it for a long time she said she talked to her grandma about it and she said she dosent want to cut herself but she always puts herself down saying shes fat and ugly, shes heafty but her personality shows her true side, and she isnt ugly can sumone help me help her????

oaky thanks for the help but what if she was seeing a counsler but her parents arnt taking her anymore and she was supposed to be but on some anti-depressents but they wont take her to get them?????

i think you did really goood by saying it is truley a problem your friend do needs major help she is cutting herself because of her appearance she's definantly not happy so help her to get on a diet and exercise with her build her confidence show her that you are her friend when she see those pounds drop she is going to feel alot better and knowing she has a friend really is a plus and keep telling her she is god creation and he dont make junk be there she will thank you and her inner beuty will come out so brightly watch what i tell you good luck.

she wont stop for you, its a sickness, it goes to much deeper issues. she needs to talk to a counselor. what you can do is,since, she feels bad about her appearance, start excercising with her and doing active things. do her hair and make up. but tell someone about her problems so they can get her the help she needs.

What your friend is doing shows that she is very depressed..This is something really serious, if she keeps doing it, it can lead to suicide..Your friend needs professional help..Tell her parents, so that they can help her ASAP.....
