Any Idea how to keep bees from making hives in my bird houses?

Move or remove them from the area.

Spray water on them when you see the bees coming.

ya i think there trying to tell you in a nice way to build them a super so you can collect honey and when your bored somemore you can build another bird house a few extras arnt gonna hurt specially if its out of recycled wood

go live in the bird house

if you have smoke near it the chances of bees coming will decrease.
