The Dodgers are ok across the board.
If the Angels were in the NL and the Dodgers were in the AL then
Angels amazing and Dodgers would be bad

As of now, I would say it's about even.
The Dodgers and the Angels are pretty much mediocre teams by today's standards, even though LAD is leading their division while LAA is still a losing ball club.
