Well first of all, it's the evaporator that gets cold, not the condenser. So it wont blow. Is the fan operating or not? If not, check the fuses and if they are good then the fan or the fan resistor could be burned out, I've had both happen.
If the fan is operating but no air comes out of the vents, then the evaporator could be plugged. This also happened to me and I had to remove the fan shroud and clean off the evaporator where the air goes through it. It was plugged by dirt and soot from the road. Spray it with a household cleaner and remove the dirt with a shop vac. There are other possibilities but that's what comes to mind with my Sunfire.

Check the dampers. Is the heater fan blowing? If not, check the fuse. If so, check the vaccum lines going to the heat/vent/ac switch. There is a damper that closes off the duct work to your A/C evaporator. The condensor (up front by the radiator) should get hot.

You should first check the fuse box for any blown fuses , it should be labled blower or heater, if not then you may need a new blower fan motor or a new blower fan control switch. I suggest you have it checked by a shop.
