I have already done the whole dinner, candles things like that I want to someting that would make him say WOW.

Take him out to a movie, go have a drink afterwards, tease the crap out of him in the bar and don't tell him 'till the last minute that u got a hotel room around the corner. He'll love it.

Tell him you have a surprise for him. Dress to dazzle. Wear a beautiful evening gown. Take him to the beach in the evening (a secluded spot with few people), but don't tell him where you're going. When you get there have candles and a dinner set up (equiped with roses.) When you're done, sit on the beach and watch the sun go down. Good luck!

Each person is different, but depending on how well you know this person. Say he is interested in motorcycles, find a cycle race or if not a show on television about cycles. Make some favorite food (say pizza or dessert and beverage). Then take some time after movie or show to listen to what he really has to say about this show or event. Then he will think you are really a good listener and that is a good asset in any relationship. Hope this helps and have a good time.

One Valentine's Day I cooked a nice, lit lots of candles in the dining room and bought some roses and de-pedaled them and just spread them all around the table and floor with a trail of them leading to the dinning room from the front door, when he arrived I was sitting at the table.
If I were confident about my looks, I would have pulled a "Pretty WoOman" and sat there with only a tie on for him.....
But I was wearing a cute teddy. It was nice, he was impressed and we got it on right after.

Do something out of the ordinary.
Dinner is to ordinary.
Try a picnic at the local park after dusk, prepare small tupperware with salads and light finger food. Take a blanket to sit on and don't forget a bottle of wine.
My girl did that to me a year ago and I loved it.
