Run, work out, meditate, smoke some weed. Excercise really is the best relief of stress though.

yep, it's true, exercise really is the best medicine in this case. That and as you're running -- screaming at the top of your lungs while flailing your arms like Phebe on Friends. The more energy you release the less stress you will feel.

sometimes a back massage can be wonderful also.

Hi, I share with you at this time, even if I've been away from school for many years. I recall the feeling and how it affected my mind and body. Since that time I learned that "yoga" is a wonder way to let everything go.....the instructor makes suggestions as you are doing your exercises....you can feel everything that has tensed you ....leave...and your body and mind go into such a nice state of relaxation and a cleansing.....I hope you will look into "yoga" it might be the answer to your stress.

It is a normal situation, don't worry.
I know what you feel at the moment:)
I recommend you to start practising some sport- football, basket, smimming, or just to visit fitness. You would feel relaxed and I guarantee you won't "go completely crazy".
Try some new book title but I think you couldn't stand reading because it would remind you for your finals..
If you like drawing, grab a pencil and I'd be pleased to see your picture :)
Just do smth that is interesting , relaxing and , most important - that doesn't allow you to think about the finals.
I wish you good luck :)

Don't wait till the last moment to study. Take study breaks. Remember it's not the end of world if you don't do as well as you would like to. Classes can always be taken again. Talk to your teachers they can probably give you some good tips. They themselves have been through what your going through.

I agree about walking as a way to relieve stress. You don't need to run, and it's best to walk briskly until you feel better. It really works. I know because I've tried it.

Scream release therapy. Basically, go outside and yell your head off. Works great. That's what I used to do.

Take a walk for at least a mile, one way & turn around and return to start, this should clear your head.
