The movie with the girl who was married to Val Kilmer? Nah, it's not very good. But, the book is pretty good - Scarlett.

if it's a sequel to a movie that is like 20 years old then probably not, actually if it's a sequel period it's probably not good.

I haven't seen the movie but I have read that book. I can say it is very good and it is a good continuation of the first one.
