Never really heard that term, but "native" in computer terms simply means something contained right there on that computer, or made especially for that computer. I would guess that a "native network" is a strange way of saying "intranet" A company's own network.

I have also seen this statment to mean making a Wide Area Network (WAN) look like a Local Area Network (LAN). Here is an example.
