Any discharge with a foul odor means some type of infection going on. Most likely your condition is an easily treated vaginal infection, such as gardnella or bacterial vaginosis. This kind of infection is sexually transmissible, so your partner should be treated as well if this is the diagnosis. Please see your doctor for an exam and testing. It would not be a yeast infection, as a yeast infection would be a WHITE discharge.

Most likely a yeast infection, but could be something worse like a Urinary Tract Infection, which can worsen...I suggest a visit to see your doctor/nurse.

There are free health clinics for teens in almost any city these days, try a google search.

Good luck :)

Trichomonas vaginalis:
Vaginal infection causes irritation and profuse discharge
Found in semen or urine of males (carriers)
Diagnosis by microscopic identification of protozoan
Treatment: metronidazole
There are about 7million cases annually in the US

I would suspec this especially if your vagina is red and tender to the touch
