i can do artistic stuff with my hands easilly. so my question is. what would be an easy way to make some money with my abilities?

well, if you mean making things then you may be able to find a country store or novelty store that needs some artistic unique handmade items
but if you draw or paint maybe follow the other advice or put some stuff together and make a portfolio and take it to local galleries or trendy restaurants that display local artists work and see if they would be willing to display your stuff on a trial basis, be sure to put a card with name and number on the back of anything you want to display for easy contact, you may or may not have to kick a percentage of what you sell back to the proprietor, but hey you'll never know if you don't try

Just ask around to see if anyone want to promote you art.
A restaurant, a deli, a shop. Then you can beautify the place and promote yourself.
Good with your hands, join a community art group.

Why Don't you draw up pictures of other people and things and sell them.
