At Napster, you can listen to a song 5 times for free before having to purchase it. It is legal, but the sound quality is not that great. I usually use it when I am trying to decide if I should buy a certain CD. This probably did not answer your question, considering you probably want to listen to a song unlimited times, but I figured I'd throw this out there.

There are two that come to mind:
1) Illegal ones
2) ones filled with mediocre music
Enjoy!
