Job satisfaction no doubt! I had a job where I was making the money I needed and wanted to make and I HATED every bit of the job. It felt like I sold myself to Satan. I was so unhappy ALL of the time.

Both... and it depends. I value job satisfaction the most but I can not value it if I was not paid fair enough. And if I valued the money, it would only be possible if I was satisfied with the job also...
I think you need both in any case

I would much rather love my job and get paid less, rather than coming home every night exhausted and unhappy, no matter how much money I had.

I freaking hate my job... I am just here for the money... but I am actually going back to school for my master to get a job I will like- but then I will make less!! And have more school loans!!
