1. open yahoo messenger
2 click on your avatar pic
3 click chose a Picture
4 then click browse
5 chose a pic that you have saved on your computer
or
1 open yahoo messenger
2 send an instant message to someone
3 you will see your avatar
4 click your avatar pic
5 click share my picture or click Select..
(there you go so simple)

if u have a pic that u want to put on it like one of the pics u took then scan it on to yuour computer then save it in your files and then when you go somewhere where u can add a pic press browse files and go into your file with your pic in it
