I guess it is possible to work out as long as both people are REALLY open and honest without any lies and don't have to deal with a long distance relationship- which can definately harm a relationship. I had a failed marriage and many failed relationships that came from meeting men online- but that doesn't mean that NO ONE can have it work for them. Best of luck to those that do it!

its possible i met a guy and we like live very far away from each other he is a scorpio and i am a leo we began chatting by playing a game of dominoes with each other and decided to take it a step futher. we talk everyday i mean every day that we are at work and then sometimes we even talk on the phone. we found out that we are very much alike. we enjoy each others conversation and "company". he tends to make me smile alot and there are times that he is down and i brighten his day we both have stressful jobs and are there for each other 100% at all times so.........

I do. My brother is very attractive and dated girls non-internet wise for years and never got serious with any of them. He started dating this goregous girl on the other side of the country in a Yahoo chat room for about a year and now they moved in together and are married.
He told me, the key was good communication and honesty.

i know a friend who met somebody in the internet and they got married (years after of course). they're pretty happy now, and the guy is very affectionate. she really lucked out on this one. the answer to your question, maybe you can -- but it is purely based on luck -- that is if you find somebody who is humble, honest and true. but you have to remind yourself there are lots of sexual predators using the internet. so be careful. if you want to meet with him in person, always suggest group dates.
