how do i deactivate my yahoo cellphone alerts for weather?

You may be receiving them directly from Yahoo Weather. Go to the weather page of Yahoo, or your MyYahoo, if you set one up. Click on the link to 'add alerts to mail'. If you have a cell phone alert checked there, uncheck it.
